
Hearts of Deepspace is a physical Love and Deepspace Yearbook zine focusing on the community and its fan creations (including art, cosplay, events, & more)!This is a community-based project ran by Summoner's Stories for Deepspace Fest, a Love and Deepspace-themed festival being held on September 19, 2026.Zines will only be available for pickup at Deepspace Fest. Pickup will be located at the Summoner's Sales table in the market area.

Roll Call Section
Just like a real yearbook, Hearts of Deepspace would like to feature our community members in roll call spreads! If you are interested in being a part of it, please fill out the information below.Depending on how many submissions there are, we will do our best to feature as many people as we can!Photograph Submissions
Photographed submissions, if not your own, must have permission to be used by the owner. Event photos and cosplay photos must have permission from the photographer and include their credit information. All those pictured in the photo must also be okay with it being submitted for use.Artwork Submissions
Artwork submissions must be your own. We will not be accepting submissions of other people's art unless they submit it themselves.Extensive guidelines can be found in the open submissions section of the Interest Check Form.

At this time, we are unable to compensate contributors for their submissions. Contributors will still retain full ownership of their piece and we will not be using contributions after the project concludes.Do I need to be local to SoCal to contribute to the zine?
No! The zine will be available digitally should there be enough interest/submissions. We may revisit a physical edition we can ship at a later time if there is interest.Can I submit old artwork?
Yes! Due to the turnaround time of this zine, we are not expecting any new art to be made specifically for this zine. You are more than welcome to, but keep in mind the submission deadline.
Please note we will not be accepting any art that is not submitted by the original artist.Can I submit cosplay photos?
Yes! Cosplay photos will be accepted as long as you have either taken the photos yourself or have permission from your photographer to use them and include their credit information.Can I submit event photos?
Yes! Event photos will be accepted as long as you have either taken the photos yourself or have permission from the photographer to use them and include their credit information.Please keep in mind that everyone included in the photo must be okay with it being submitted.How can I be included in the zine other than through submissions?
We plan to have a series of roll call spreads, similar to a yearbook! If you do not want to submit photos or art but still wish to be included in the zine, you can submit roll call information in the form!Where can I ask another question that's not listed here?
